FAQs

Life coaching is a partnership between a coach and a client that helps the client clarify goals, overcome obstacles, and develop strategies to achieve personal or professional success. Unlike therapy, life coaching focuses on the present and future, emphasizing actionable steps and measurable outcomes.
-
Therapy often focuses on healing past trauma, mental health, and emotional difficulties. Life coaching, on the other hand, is action-oriented and future-focused. Coaches help clients set and achieve specific goals, enhance their personal growth, and develop strategies for success. Life coaching works well for those looking to improve specific areas of their life rather than dealing with clinical mental health issues.

While you are free to cancel at any time, I recommend a minimum commitment of 3 to 6 months to allow for real progress. Life coaching is a process that requires time and dedication, and longer commitments often result in more significant transformations.

I do not offer refunds for completed coaching sessions, but I’m committed to providing value and ensuring you’re satisfied with the experience. If you’re ever unhappy with your progress, let’s discuss how to adjust your coaching plan to better meet your needs.

I understand that life happens! I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a session. We can work together to find a suitable alternative time. However, last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
