How does payment work for ongoing coaching?
For ongoing Growth & Mindset Advisory Coaching, sessions are typically organized as a package or advisory series. Payment is made in advance for the selected package to reserve your sessions and ensure continuity in the coaching process.
Packages may include a set number of sessions scheduled over several weeks or months, allowing time for reflection, accountability, and meaningful progress between conversations. Once a package is confirmed, we schedule the sessions in advance so you have consistent support throughout the engagement.
What is your cancellation + refund policy?
All coaching agreements are binding, and no refunds are provided for coaching services. My commitment is to coach you toward your highest level of success, which requires full commitment from both of us. By eliminating refunds, we encourage a wholehearted investment in your coaching journey without hesitation or second-guessing.
Before purchasing, please ensure that I am the right coach for you and that you’re ready to commit fully. If you’re in, you need to be 100% in—just as I will be for you.
If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide 48 hours notice before your scheduled time. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within one week of the original date. Sessions not canceled with 48 hours notice will not be eligible for make-up. Prioritizing this work is essential for you to experience the full benefits of your coaching package.
