AMANDA'S APPROACH
More than one perspective can change the way you see something.
I grew up in an entrepreneurial family, so I was exposed to business and entrepreneurship long before I studied either of them. I saw what it took to build something from very little, the work and persistence behind growing it, and the constant problem-solving that comes with keeping a business moving forward.
As I got older and eventually began working in that environment myself, I was exposed to even more sides of it: finance, operations, customers, strategy, people, growth, setbacks, and the decisions that have to be made when things don't go according to plan. It taught me to look at situations from more than one perspective and understand that there is rarely just one factor influencing an outcome.
At the same time, my own interests led me in different directions academically and professionally. I studied psychology, business, finance, and marketing, became a Certified Professional Coach, and eventually started building something of my own.
For a while, those interests could have looked unrelated. To me, they never really were.
Psychology gave me a better understanding of people and behavior. Business taught me strategy and how ideas become opportunities. Finance strengthened the way I analyze decisions and understand the numbers behind them. Marketing taught me how people, communication, and positioning influence what we build. Coaching gave me a framework for helping people reflect, gain clarity, and move forward.
Astryd Unlimited is where I bring those perspectives together.
I created it because I wanted a platform that didn't make me choose between personal development and professional development, or between understanding people and understanding business. I wanted to create something that could explore both, and especially the places where they overlap.
That might mean talking about confidence and how it affects your career. Understanding yourself before deciding what's next. Looking at the psychology behind marketing and personal branding. Learning how to take an idea and think about it from a business, marketing, and financial perspective. Or exploring how relationships, money, ambition, and the decisions we make influence the lives we're building.
The topics may be different, but my approach stays the same: look at the bigger picture, bring in the perspectives that matter, and make what we're learning practical enough to actually use.
That's what I want Astryd Unlimited to be: a place to learn, explore different perspectives, and walk away with something useful for your own life, career, or ideas.
